MHS partnered with the City of Pittsburg to master plan the historic downtown. The focus of the project was to engage the citizens to determine their true needs which included, walk-ability, green spaces, way-finding, enhanced parking opportunities and art. MHS coordinated with TxDOT and the City throughout the planning process to ensure the conceptual designs could be implemented.  

The project included updated streetscapes, green space nodes, signage and wayfinding, a converted street to a pedestrian walkway, restroom facility, pavilion and art.
