MHS Planning & Design partnered with the City of Pittsburg to master plan the historic downtown.  The focus of the project was to engage the citizens to determine the true needs which included, walk-ability, green spaces, way-finding, enhanced parking opportunities and art. MHS coordinated with TxDOT and the City throughout the planning process to ensure the conceptual plans could be implemented.
