MHS Planning & Design worked with the Town of Flower Mound to design and administer construction of an RV and cabin rental facility with day use boating facilities. This project included development of RV stalls and cabin locations along with a two stall boat ramp, boat parking, playground facilities, and other day use amenities. Several additional phases of work have been completed at Twin Coves which included the design of a day use kayak launch facility and the extension of the boat ramp for extended access during dryer seasons.
