MHS worked with the City of The Colony to design and develop a neighborhood park within the Eastvale neighboorhood. Adjacent to Lewisville Lake the park had considerable grade change and handled stormwater drainage from the surrounding neighborhood. These factors posed the most difficult constraint during the park development.

The park is comprised of two terraced playgrounds. One for 2-5 year olds and the other for 5-12 year olds. The park includes berm play, terraced stone steps, a covered picnic area, and native plantings.
