MHS worked with the City of The Colony to design and develop a neighborhood park within the Eastvale neighboorhood. Adjacent to Lewisville Lake the park had considerable grade change and handled stormwater drainage from the surrounding neighborhood. These factors posed the most difficult to design with during the park development.

Comprised of two terraced playgrounds, one for 2-5 and the other for 5-12 year olds, berm play, terraced stone steps, a covered picnic area, and native plantings West Shore Park is a great park for use by all of the surrounding area.
