MHS began its relationship with the City of Rockwall in the early 1990s and has assisted in the development of the overall Park System through planning, grants, park design, and construction management. As a Team, the City has develop four Park Master Plans - most recently, the 2021 – 2031 Rockwall Parks and Open Space Master Plan.
