Maximizing Your Bond Package



Overview

For the past few months, William Spencer, P.E., President and Professional engineer at MHS Planning and Design has been collaborating with Dr. Laci McRee an associate professor of kinesiology and Ziad Kharrat, RLA, MPA the Assistant Director of Parks and Recreation for the City of Denton on their Texas Recreation and Parks Society presentation on “Maximizing your Bond Package”. 



During this session, participants walked away with the following key take aways:

  • Determine your Golden Factor to know where you community fits in the bond analysis.
